  • Overview

The "Fizzy's Lunch Lab" videos and lesson plan provide an informative overview of food and nutrition topics with an emphasis on protein. Using these materials, students will understand the role of protein in their health including how our bodies get and use protein and foods that provide this powerful nutrient.

  • Protein Power Up

The Lunch Labbers can't keep up with Corporal Cup's exercise regimen because their muscles are tired. Fizzy decides to teach everyone about the importance of protein. We visit Sully the Cell as he introduces us to Marty the muscle cell and teaches us the benefits of eating lean protein such as chicken, fish and black beans.
