        Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission

        In this lesson, students will examine how the First Amendment is applied to political speech for corporations and labor unions. They will become familiar with the First Amendment, identify the facts of Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission, and judge whether or not the Bipartisan Reform Act infringes on Citizen United’s right to free speech.
