  • Fitness Colors

    This interactive Kindergarten through 2nd grade Kids in Motion activity, connects psychomotor and cognitive skills. Using colored bean bags, students pass their bean bag to the person on their left when the music starts. Each color has a specific exercise associated with it which will be posted.
