An Elephant Needs an X-ray | Operation Wild

How do veterinarians operate in some of the most remote places on earth? In Laos, Thongkhoon the elephant has been shot in the leg, and it's up to 25-year-old British vet Will Thomas to remove the bullet and get the infection under control. Being a veterinarian out in this remote location takes some improvisation; Will needs to give Thongkhoon an X-ray but the only machine is at the local human hospital, so Will persuades the doctors there to let him use their equipment. It's not an easy procedure, but it's necessary to save the life of this massive animal.
