        In this video, Move It! cast members learn the importance of reading nutrition labels and what parts are most significant. Focusing on the serving size and calories, Pat Mizerak, a registered dietician United Health Services, teaches the pair learn to not only look at the calories because the serving size could be much higher than 1 which would result in a higher calorie intake. They also discuss how many calories a person should consume a day which is dependent on one’s age, gender and build.
