In this video segment from DragonflyTV, young martial arts athletes, Kha and Peta, determine how their tae kwon do moves challenge their muscles and their skeletons. Kha and Peta are black belts in Tae Kwon Do, and with an upcoming competition, they wanted to figure out how to improve their kicks. So they asked: What makes a strong kick? They investigated two different foot positions for a side kick. In order to understand balance, they used a high tech foot pressure pad linked to a computer which showed where they were putting the most pressure on their feet.
