Obama Awards Medal of Honor to Afghan War Soldier Who Stood by His Team under Ambush

White sprinted through enemy fire to take care of a teammate with a shattered arm and ensured his safe rescue by helicopter. Help students learn about men and women of the United States' armed services who served during wartime with this PBS NewsHour video and educational resources from May 15, 2014.
