Problem Solving with Drawings is the eighth of eight self-paced lessons in the “Lines, Angles, and Triangles” section of KET’s GED® Geometry Professional Development Online Course. The lesson covers several aspects of visual literacy in problem solving. First, the lesson models interpreting graphics and integrating them with necessary information in word problems. Then, the lesson provides ideas for students to create their own drawings to interpret word problems.
