        Steve White | Muse Moments

Steve White was born in Mason County, Kentucky, a county bordering the Ohio River in northern Kentucky. In 1976, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in art education with concentration in figure drawing and figure painting from Morehead State University. Most of his paintings reflect life on the American frontier, showing scenes such as the Buffalo Trace—the buffalo migration route that extended from northern Kentucky across the Falls of the Ohio to Indian--fur trappers, and Native American hunting parties.
