The Coastal Zone: Gullah Festival (00:02:05)

Gullah is a dialect and culture of Blacks who, for many years, were isolated on the sea islands of the South Carolina and Georgia coasts. Roads, bridges, mass media, and improved educational and economic opportunities have caused Gullah to diminish. This festival is held to help preserve the
cultural heritage of the Gullah people.
