        Minnie Adkins | Muse Moments

Minnie Adkins is a folk artist known for her painted wood carvings of roosters, foxes, bears, possums, and horses. Adkins was born in Isonville, a small town in rural Eastern Kentucky. As a child Adkins didn’t have toys and decided to make her own by carving sticks.
