        English School, (17th century). Medium: woodcut. Date: 1679. Nathaniel Reading was a Protestant barrister who defended Catholics during the Popish Plot and then fell a victim to Titus Oates and his lies and was condemned for subornation to being placed in the pillory at Westminster; Provenance: Private Collection.
