        English School, (19th century). Medium: engraving. Date: 1819. Samuel Horsey (dates unknown) was regularly seen on the streets of Georgian London, he claimed the surgeon Mr. Abernethy cut off his legs in St. Bartholomew's Hospital; he was often seen sliding himself down Charing Cross Road begging; Provenance: Private Collection.
