This was an English translation of Mancinus' book about the cardinal virtues that was translated into English by Alexander Bercley at the behest of Syr Gyles Alyngton; It was printed by Rychard Pynson "at the insistence and request of the ryght noble Rychard yerle of Kent"; Provenance: Private Collection.
