Thomas Dekker (c.1570-1632) was an English dramatist and poet and a contemporary of William Shakespeare (c.1564-1616); 'Dekker his Dreame' is a verse pamphlet, "In which, beeing rapt with a Poeticall Enthusiasme, the great Volumes of Heaven and Hell to Him were opened, in which he read many Wonderful Things."; The pamphlet was published by Nicholas Okes; Provenance: Private Collection.
