        English School, (19th century). Medium: engraving. Date: 1861. The St Patrick's Bridge in Cork, Ireland, was designed by the architect Sir John Benson (1811-62); The foundation stone was laid by the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, the Earl of Carlisle, on November 10 1859 and the bridge was finally opened on December 12 1861; Provenance: Private Collection.
