        Prison Room in Beauchamp Tower, 1830

        English School, (19th century) (after). Medium: engraving. Date: 1830. The Beauchamp Tower, built between 1275-81, is the part of the Tower of London where the highest rank of prisoners were held. The walls are inscribed with the graffiti of those interned here. Provenance: Private Collection.
