        Painter Stainer's Hall, Little Trinity Lane, engraved by J. Tingle

        Shepherd, Thomas Hosmer (1792-1864) (after). English. Medium: engraving. The hall of the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers as it is seen in this illustration is how it was rebuilt after the Great Fire of London. The hall was subsenquently destroyed by fire during the Blitz. The livery company's hall is still situated between Huggin Hill and Little Trinity Lane, in the ward of Queenhithe, City of London.
