The sculptures that adorn the walls of the Henry VII Chapel in Westminster Abbey are figures of saints that were chosen by Henry VII himself and were in place in the chapel before his death in 1509. St Martin, seen in armour and a cloak and holding a mitre, is an effigy of Martin, Bishop of Tours. St Wilgefort (or Wilgefortis) is seen as a beautiful young woman with a long beard and St Nicholas, patron saint of children, is seen with his Bishop's mitre and crozier and carrying a basket with a child inside.
