        Yates Testifies She Warned White House about Gen. Flynn | PBS NewsHour

        Former acting Attorney General Sally Yates and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper addressed a Senate hearing on May 9, 2017 over the investigation into the Trump administration’s relationship with Russia. General Michael Flynn served as national security advisor for 24 days before he was forced to resign after information surfaced about his exchange with Russian ambassador to the United States, Sergey Kislyak. Flynn initially lied to Vice President Mike Pence about the conversation.
