Abby: Today I'm here with my good friends the pet experts and they have told me that it's very important for pets to have exercise just like kids need exercise. And what is the best way to get some exercise?

Go outside and play!

Abby: What is a favorite pet you've seen today?

Chicken.

Abby: And what's so cool about chickens?

That they lay eggs.

Abby: What do the eggs look like?

Brownish whitish.

Abby: Have you ever held a chicken before?

Abby: Hunter, how do you take care of a chicken?

You take their eggs and you give them food and you let them go out and play instead of just being in their chicken coup.

We're brushing the donkeys.

Abby: Why is it important to brush the donkeys?

So they are clean and so we can look for any owies.

Abby: Hey, Isaac, would you like to have a donkey for a pet?

Oh no! Oh no!

Abby: What is your favorite pet you've seen today?

Dogs!

Tug of war!

Abby: What kind of chores do you have to do to take care of a dog?

You have to give it food and water.

Abby: Alright, kids, I'm here with my good friend Miss Danielle and she knows everything there is to know about animals and taking care of pets. So, what is it important for kids to remember about taking care of pets?

Danielle: Well, we need to remember that our animals depend on us completely so we have to give them food, water and exercise to keep them healthy and happy.

Abby: And what is the best way for kids to make sure their animals get exercise?

Danielle: Go outside and play. Animals love to be outside. So take them for a walk, play in your yard, get some toys that they can chase after, whatever they want to do to have some fun.
