Abby: Today I'm at Webber Elementary with these incredibly talented girls, and they've been working really hard at running, but I'm not so sure about my running skills. Can you guys teach me how to run?

Kids voices: [in unison] Yeah!

Instructor: Keep your head up. Lock out.

Abby: Who is Girls on the Run for? Well, Girls on the Run is for making friends, staying healthy and being youself.

[Music]

Instructor: We get to play a game today.

[children cheering]

Abby: Why do you love to run?

I like to run because it's fun and when you're all done running, it makes you feel stronger and good.

Abby: Rayan, what's so awesome about Girls on the Run?

Rayan: Um, we get to play with our friends and we learn about how to stand up for ourselves.

Abby: Why do you like to run?

Because it makes me have energy, and it makes me run faster so I can run in races.
